HXF SAW organized learning of 2019 integrated quality management system (QMS)standard & training internal auditor

    In order to  strengthen the construction and effective operation of the company's "quality, environment, occupational health and safety" integrated management system, from September 9 to September 12, HXF SAW held a four-day integrated management system standard publicity learning and the internal auditor’s training activities. More than 50 people from all senior executives, middle-level cadres, HXF Shandong and relevant internal auditors of the company participated in the training activities.

    The company invited the senior experts Mr Tong Yi and Mr Li Zuojun, from China Classification Society Certification Company, to teach for everyone. The training teachers focused on the 2015 version of ISO9001 QMS and ISO14001 EMS standards, 2018 version of ISO45001 OHSMS  standards, detailedly explained the changes and comparisons of management principles, changes in important terms, interpretation of standard provisions, documentation requirements for new standards system, The focus of the new standard internal audit, the analysis of the case analysis and other aspects. The teachers explained the seven principles of quality management one by one. Combining with the actual case of the company & the standard requirements, the teachers put forward some targeted guidances. In addition, the activity adopted the method of  consultation , view-exchange, interactive Q&A, and sharing among relevant departments. And the teachers also detailedly explained the internal audit planning, auditing techniques and specific audit implementation. After the training, the internal auditor’s qualification examination was conducted.

   Since the certification of quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system, HXF SAW has always adhered to the management philosophy of continuous improvement. After years of running the integrated management system, the scientific, standardized and institutionalized management level of HXF SAW has been continuously improved. This training not only helps to enhance the quality, environment and occupational health and safety awareness of all employees, but also enables each department to clearly understand their respective management responsibilities and requirements, and strengthen employees' understanding and mastery of the new standards of the comprehensive management system. It has laid a solid foundation for the revision of the company's management system documents and future internal and external audit work, and promoted the continuous improvement of the company's comprehensive management system to achieve sustainable and healthy development of the company.
